Product Description
Silicon metal is a product made by smelting quartz and coke in an electric furnace. The main component silicon element content is about 98% (Si content 99.99% is also contained in metal silicon), and the remaining impurities are iron, aluminum, calcium, etc. Semiconductor silicon is used to make high-purity metal silicon for semiconductor devices. It is sold in the form of polycrystalline and single crystal, the former is cheap, the latter is expensive. Because of its different uses, it is divided into various specifications.
